New Delhi: Superstar Shah Rukh Khan hosted a grand Diwali bash at his residence Mannat on Saturday night and it saw who's who from the tinsel villa in attendece. Biggies like Karan Johar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif, Shahid Kapoor made it to the party. Young divas like Alia Bhatt, Jacqueline Fernandez, Kriti Sanon, Shraddha Kapoor and evergreen beauties like Juhi Chawla and Madhuri Dixit joined in the celebrations.

Notably, 'Kalank' crew were also present at Mannat for Shah Rukh's Diwali bash and they decided to capture the moment in a frame. 

Actress Sonakshi Sinha, who is one of the cast of the film, took to Instagram to post the pic where she shares the frame with Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur. Take a look at the photo here: 

Kalank

Speaking of the film, 'Kalank' is directed by Abhishek Varman and produced by Karan Johar, Sajid Nadiadwala and Fox Star Studios. The film also features Kunal Khemu, Madhuri Dixit and Sanjay Dutt in pivotal roles. It is scheduled to release on April 19, 2019.

As per reports, Madhuri essays the role of Ishmat, a courtesan while Alia plays her student. The film also stars Kiara Advani and Kriti Sanon in special appearances. Sonakshi, who plays a poet in the film, will be paired opposite Aditya Roy Kapur while Sanjay Dutt will be seen of Alia's father.

Incidentally, late actress Sridevi was originally signed for the character role played by Madhuri.
